Instructions To Candidates
 

Electronic distribution of examination papers (EDEP) system of examination has been introduced from 2002
 
All the candidates must be present in the Examination Hallsbefore the commencement of the Examination i.e, before 10-15Am and the candidates who come after the commencement of examination i.e, after 10-15Am will not be allowed.
 
Candidates should not carry any other material except HallTicket, identity card and Scientific non-programmable calculators, palm computers, Cell phones and pagers are not permitted into Examination Halls.
 
They should show Hall Tickets and Identity card to the Invigilator/Observer/Chief superintendent whenever they are asked.
 
There will be four different question papers (with set Numbers1,2,3 and 4) for each subject. Each student will get any one of the above four question papers (set numbers 1 or 2 or 3 or 4) with seating arrangement as in EAMCET examinations.
 
Candidates have to enter correct question paper set number(i.e., 1,2,3 or 4) in the two blocks specified on the first page of the main answer book as per question paper set number received by the candidates.
 
Candidates have to enter the question paper set number in the Nominal Roll supplied and put their signature.
 
Candidates have to enter their H.T.Nos in the space provided onthe   front page of main Answer Book and should not write in any other part of the Answer Book or on any of the additional Answer sheets. Any correction in the H.T. number should be attested by the observer/Chief Superintendent.
 
Candidates should not write their names or any irrelevant matterin  any part of their answer books.
 
Candidates should not address the examiner in any matter,whatsoever, in their answer books.
 
Candidates have to write the correct number and sub number of the question they answer.
 
Candidates have to leave a margin of 1 ½  inches left side ofeach page  and should write answers on both sides of the page.
 
Candidates must attach additional books, graph sheets, drawingsheets, etc., to main answer book.  
Candidates are allowed to leave the examination hall only after ½  hour from the commencement of the examination.
 
Candidates must hand over the answer book to the invigilatorbefore leaving the examination hall.
