He has over 24 years of teaching experience, working for reputed Private Pharmacy colleges and Management colleges. He has had successful stints with Kamala Nehru Polytechnic Pharmacy College, Aurangabad, Y.B. Chavan College of Pharmacy, Aurangabad, Shadan Institute of Management Studies, Hyderabad, and Shadan College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad, in different capacities. He received his doctorate in Management from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Presently, he is serving as Head of MBA department. He is a result-oriented management professional and for the past eight years, he has metamorphosised into a fine trainer in Career-enablement areas and Placements. Having always felt a need to serve the community at large and the Students community in particular, he is contributing as a prime mover behind Career Path of the student’s fraternity.  His special focus areas of teaching are in Services Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Leadership and Team Building. He is involved in conducting various Management Development Programs, Faculty Development Programs, Workshops and Seminars/Webinars related to different departments of the college. He has successfully organised in-campus placement drives and motivated students to participate in various out campus placement drives.  He is actively involved in research activities and has more than 17 papers published in different International and National Journals. He remains a valuable member who thrives in different pressurised and challenging working environments.
